A Deed from Lewis Barker to William Reves¹ (sic Reavis) was in open Court duly proved by the oath of Avera Parham a witness thereto and ordered to be registered.

A Deed from Benjamin Williams to Major Holloway was proved by the oath of William Reaves a witness thereto and ordered to be registered.


¹The 1784 will of William Reavis of Northampton County, mentions the 210 acres lying on the Neuse River that he purchased from Lewis Barker. His will bequeathed that tract of land to his son Isaac Reavis who died in Wake County in 1789.
