Know all men by these present that I William Jackson and likewise Sarah Jackson my wife of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty Dollars to us in hand paid by John McFall fo the county and State aforesaid have granted bargained sold and Released unto the said John McFall a certain tract of land containing two hundred acres more or less situate in the District of Ninety Six on the waters of the Rocky River and granted to Mary Small by his excellency William Moultrie Esquire governor and commander in chief in and over the said State at Charleston the fifth day of June One thousand and Seven hundred and Eight six...and transferred to the said William Jackson by Deed bearing the date the Seventeenth day of February one thousand and Seven hundred and ninety nine...Witness Whereof We have hereunto Set our hands and Seals this Second day of May n the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred . . . .

Personally Came and appeared before me John Reeves Jun. and on saisth that the was present and did see William Jackson and Sarah Jackson his wife sign Seal and Deliver the Within deed and Receipt to John McFall and that this Deponent with John Reeves Sen. Was subscribing witnesses to the same Sworn the 21st May 1800 before me Patrick Norris.
