Know all persons whom it may concern that I Joseph Rieves of Burke County for and in consideration of the sum of ten pounds sterling to me in hand paid by Henry Fulgham of Montgomery County the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge myself to be therewith fully satisfied and contented. Have bargained, sold and delivered and by these presents according to due form of law do bargain and sell unto the said Henry Fulgham a certain tract of land lying and joining the little Ohoopee containing one hundred and fifty acres bounded as follows, North west by Little Ohoopee, So W by A Moors and on the other sides by vacant land which will more plainly appear by a platt and grant, out of the Secretarys office bearing date the 6th March, 1793. Originally granted in the name of Washington now Montgomery County. To have and to hold the said bargained premises unto the said Henry Fulgham his heirs and assigns, forever. I the said Joseph Reaves, for myself my heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Henry Fulgham his heirs executors, administrators and assigns, against all persons whatsoever, shall & will warrant and forever defend, by these presents.In witness whereof the said Joseph Reaves have hereunto set his hand and seal the 15th of January 1801.
