In the name of God, Amen. I Ellener Reeves being sick and weake in body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding, thanks be to God for the same, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz.First I give my soul to almighty God who gave it to me, and my body to be buried in a christian manner at the discretion of my executor herein after mentioned.
Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved Niece Mary Orem? and children two feather beds and furniture containing five sheets, five blankets, two counterpins, one bed quilt and one rug, one Buereau, two chests, and the puter and earthen ware in the closet, one iron pot one tea kettle, two chairs, one table and bed sted and all my waring apparrel and twenty six dollars due me from Walter Fountain to her and her heirs and assigns forever. And I do nominate, constitute and appoint Samuel Emmerson my sole executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this thirtieth day of November eighteen hundred and six.

Caroline County to wit The 27th December 1806 Then came Samuel Emmerson the executor in and by this will named and appointed (being one of the people called qakers and did solemnly truly and sincearly declare and affirm that the aforegoing instrument of writing is the true and whole will and testament of Eleanor Reeves late of Caroline county deceased, that hath come to his hands or possession and that he doth not known of any other of a later date.
