Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Warrin of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Joel Reeves of said County and State the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained sold and confirmed by these presents unto the said Joel Reeves his heirs & assigns forever one half of that tract or parcel of land situate in the Twenty fourth District of Wilkinson now Pulaski County containing Two hundred two & a half acres and designated in the plan of said district by the number three hundred & twenty seven which half of said square containing one hundred & one & a quarter acres is bound on the SW by part of square Number 330 SE by No328 NE by No310 and NW by the other half of said tract lying on the waters of Beverdam Creek.
Together with all and singular the Rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises, belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold all & singular the said premises for the purpose above specified & the said Thomas Warrin doth hereby against himself his heirs and assigns & against all other person or persons whosoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part, or parcel thereof and I do forever warrant and defend said premises.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twelve.
