Not much is known about this individual besides that he lived in Pulaski County and was associated with Willis Brazzeal Reeves who lived there.

In 1812, he bought some land in Pulaski County. Willis Reeves and a John Reeves witnessed. He appears on the 1818 tax list in Pulaski County.
