The State of South Carolina York District
Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin Reeves in Consideration of one Dollar to me paid and in consideration of love to my Daughter Nancy Horne have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain grant and sell unto Robert Robison my negro wench slave Hannah to have and to hold the said slave to him the said Robert Robison and his executors administrators and assigns, in trust and to and for the sole and separate use of said Daughter Nancy Horne, during her natural life, and after her death, to and for the use of such Children of the said Nancy Horne, as shall be living at the death of the said Nancy Horne if any, but if none, then to the use of me & my heirs forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 25th day of March 1813

Personally came before me the subscribing Justice Joseph Gist Esq and made oath in due form of law declares on his oath that he was personally present and saw Benjamin Reeves sign seal the within deed of trust for the uses and purposes within mentioned and further sayeth that he saw William Petters sign with himself as a subscribing witness to the within Deed of Trust
