Georgia                   §           Know all men by these presents
Jasper County       §           That we Dudley Reeves John Reeves and George W. Owens are held and firmly bound unto the Justices of the court of ordinary and to their successors in office in the just sum of three thousand dollars payable by the said Dudley Reeves John Reeves and George W. Owens or either of them their heirs executors administrators or assigns Jointly and severally to be void on condition that if the said Dudley Reeves shall do and perform all the duties of guardianship for the persons and property of Allen John Polly Samuel William Rebecca & Andrew Wilson orphans of Andrew Williams (sic Wilson) as the law requires of him other wise to remain in full force power and virtue

Commentary

The children for whom Dudley Reeves was appointed guardian were the orphans of his sister Mary "Polly" Reeves and Andrew Wilson. Andrew Wilson died around Sep 1815 when Polly was appointed administrator of his estate. Polly died around Nov 1817 when Dudley was appointed administrator of her estate.
