Narrative

Dudley Reeves died when a young adult, possibly as a result of an accident that also took the life of his brother William since their estates were both entered for administration on the same date and there are some documents that are included in both probate case files. The only mentions of Dudley Reeves are in the probate file of his father Allen's estate, his brother William's and his own.

His sister Kissiah died in Georgia shortly before February of 1818 as evidenced by legacies from her estate recorded in the settlement of Dudley's estate and also in that of his brother William.
