In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Rives of Stratford Langthorne in the parish of West Ham in the county of Essex do make and declare this my last Will and Testament that is to say as soon as conveniently after my decease I request my Body may be decently buried in West Ham church yard as near to my dear Mother as possible and after all my just debts and funeral expences are discharged I give and bequeath as follows first to my niece Sarah Ann Clark Daughter of my sister Sarah Hobbs widow of Richard Hobbs deceased my watch and the two pieces of music that were hers I also give and demise to my nephew Richard Edward Wells Hobbs my largest pair of silver spoons and family Bible and to my nephew William King now a widower of the parish of Saint Mary le bone in the county of Middlesex my spectacles and silver snuff box together with my largest china Boroe and pair of china butter Boats which were my fathers hoping that though they are such trifles he will accept the for my sake I also give and bequeath to my dear little niece and goddaughter Elizabeth Sarah Ann Matilda King daughter of my ever to be lamented niece Elizabeth Sarah Matilda King deceased my best silver tea tongs and half dozen tea spoons with all her mothers work drawing and whatever patterns for work or materials for work that I may possess or may be thought wholy to be of use to her together with sundry books with her name in them or her mothers that may be found a ? cotton box work basket and new tea ?. I also beg my sister Rachel Exton mother of Mrs King to accept the sum of two guineas or something to the value of that as a small token of my love for her I also give and bequeath my share of the state at Lambourne end to my sister Sarah Hobbs widow and after her decease to be equally divided between her children Richard Wells Hobbs and Sarah Ann Clark and for the rest and residue of whatsoever I die possessed of or entitled unto I give and bequeath as follows ? to my sister Sarah Hobbs and my dear little niece Elizabeth Sarah Ann Matilda King to be fairly valued and equally divided between them and that whatever is the share of my aforesaid niece shall be placed in the public funds to accumulate till she arrives of the age of twenty one and I do constitute and appoint my nephew William King and Francis Skipston my executors and join trustees for the same but in case of her decease before share arrives at the age to be equally divided between my niece Sarah Ann Clark and her Brother Richard Edward Wells Hobbs and I do hereby nominate and appoint Mr James Sadler of Stratford Langthorne in the parish of West Ham in the County of Essex Gentleman and Francis Shipston of the said Straford Laugthorne in the parish of West Ham in the County of Essex Butcher sole executors of this my last will and testament and hereby declare all former wills by me made null and void and declare this only to be and continue my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Rives have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen

Proved at London 11th Feby 1820 before the worshipful Samuel Rush Moyrick Docotor of Laws and Surre by the oaths of James Sadler & Francis Skipston the executors to whom admon was granted havg been first sworn duly to admr.
