Transcript

In the Name of God Amen. I Aeneas S Reeves being of Sound mind do make this my Last Will and Testament. 1st that all my just debts shall be paid. 2d I will and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my real and personal property to Fredk. Wesner Nathl B Mazyck and Augustus Remaufsin in Trust, to be by them disposed of and Vested in the best matter they may judge for the benefit & use of my Wife Elizabeth Reeves and my Lawful Children, but Should my said wife Elizabeth marry before my youngest child should come of age then the residue of my Estate real and personal shall be divided among my children lawfully begotten share and share alike. And I do hereby leave the abovementioned Frederick Wesner Nathl. B Mazyck & Augustus Remoussin my Executors. Charleston 22d November 1822
