In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Reeve of the parish of Saint Peter in the Borough of Maldon Coal Meter being of sound mind do this seventeenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty one declare and publish this to be my last Will and Testament and I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my two sons Thomas Garington Reeve and William Philip Reeve all and every my messuages lands tenements and real estate or estates wheresoever situate or of what soever situate or of what soever description and also all and every description of funded or personal property I may be possessed of at the time of my decease my funded property to remain until my son William Philip Reeve attains the age of twenty one years and then to be sold out and equally devided between the two the interest arising therefrom to be equally divided as it becomes out every half year. I do further direct and appoint John Willingale Innkeeper Dartford Kent and my son Thomas Garington Reeve as my executors In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and yeare above written signed sealed published and declared by the said testator as of and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnessesThomas Reeve x his mark (LS)
