Know all men by these presents that I John Reeves of the State and District aforesaid in consideration of one hundred and seventy five Dollars to me in hand paid by Henry Baskin of the State and District aforesaid have bargained and sold and do by these presents bargain sell and forever release unto the said Henry Baskin his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns A certain tract of land situate on east side of the Camden Road joining John Baskin and William Holton and others containing fifty acres more or less beginning at a stake running to a read oak on the bank of drean thence up the said drean to a white oak on the bank of the said dream thence up to a post oak thence to the beginning corner to have and to hold all and Singular the wrights and premises thereunto mentioned and I do hereby warrant and forever defend my self my heirs Executors Administrators and assigns to have or to hold any lawful claim these ones whereunto I have set my hand and seal Signed Sealed and delivered in the presents of us this July the 19th 1845
