In the Name of God Amen - I George Toler Reeves of the parish of East Wickham in the County of Kent Gardener and Wooddealer being of sound and disposable mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament in form following
I give devise and bequeath to my son William Reeves of the parish of Bexley in the County of Kent my watch to Mary Ann Exall my Granddaughter the two volumes of the life of George the fourth also to my said granddaughter Mary Ann Exall and to my housekeeper Mrs Akhurst a black gown and bonnet each also I desire that my executors hereinafter named do as soon as conveniently may be after my decease effect a sale of all my disposable effects of what nature or kind whatsoever and do pay or cause to be paid my testamentary and funeral expences together with all my just debts likewise the expence of the black gowns and bonnets before metioned and whatever surplus remains after the payment of the same I desire the same surplus to be equally divded among my sons and daughters share and share alike And that James Akhurst the husband of the above named Mrs. Akhurst be allowed without let or hindrance to remove all his household furniture and effects whatsoever belonging to him on my premises or in my dwellinghouse And I do nominate constitute and appoint my son Joseph Reeves of East Wickham and Mr Henry Mason of the parish of Plumstead in the County of Kent carpenter executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said George Toler Reeves the testator who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

Appeared personally Joseph Reeves of the parish of East Wickham in the County of Kent Woodrove? the son and one of the executors named in the last Will and Testament of the said George Toler Reeves late of the parish of East Wickham in the County of Kent Gardener and Wooddealer deceased and referring to the said will bearing date the twenty sixth day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty five now hereunto annexed made oath that the said deceased duly executed the said will on the twenty sixth day of October aforesaid the day of the date thereof by making his mark or cross at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of David Buchan and Richard Williams the subscribed witnesses thereto who were both present at the same time and that the said David Buchan and Richard Williams thereupon attested and subscribbed the said will in the presence of the said deceased

Proved at London the 28th Feby 1846 before the worshipful Joseph Addams Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oaths of Joseph Reeves the son and Henry Mason the executors to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
