This Indenture made the fourth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred fifty 1850 Between Abigail Reeves widow of Benjamin Reeves deceased Joseph A. Donelly and Kezia M his wife late Kezia M. Reeves Abby C. Prevost late Abby C. Reeves Dr. William D. Brinckle and Elizabeth B his wife late Elizabeth B Reeves George P. Russel and Emily his wife late Emily Reeves and Mary Reeves, all of the City of Philadelphia in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania parties of the first part and David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves wife of Isaac Reeves of the same place parties of the other part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar (and other good and valuable consideration) lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves at and before the sealing and delivery of these parents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves and to their heirs and assigns all the estate right title interest share and proportion of them the said Abigail Reeves Joseph A Donelly and Kezia M his wife Abby C Prevost Dr. William D. Brinckle and Elizabeth B his wife George P Russel and Emily his wife and Mary Reeves and of each and every of them of in and to all that certain tract or parcel of land and premises situate on the River Delaware in the Township of Depftford in the County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey bounded as follows viz Beginning at a corner at low water mark in the River Delaware aforesaid and from thence running along the line of Louis Whitalls farm till it strikes the land of Robert Thurston thence bounded by said Thurstons land to the land of the Red Bank Ferry company to a corner in the line of division between lands formerly owned by Joseph Reeves and Thomas Reeves now said company's land then along the line of said companys land to low water mark i the River Delaware aforesaid thence down the same the several courses and distances thereof and bounding thereon to the place of Beginning containing fifteen acres be the same more or less Also all their rights share and proportion of and in the fishery and fishing privileges with the appurtenances thereunto belonging lying in front of the above described lands in the River Delaware in the Township County and State aforesaid Being part of the real estate that John Reeves late of the County of Gloucester died seized of and which upon his death descended to his two children Samuel S. Reeves and John Reeves and the said Samuel S Reeves and John Reeves having both died without lawful issue the same became vested in the above named Benjamin Reeves David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves as their heirs at law and the Benjamin Reeves having died intestate his share thereof descended to his children the above named Kezia M. Donelly Abby C Prevost & Elizabeth B Brinckle Emily Russel and Mary Reeves subject to the right of dower of their mother the said Abbigail Reeves in the same Together with all and singular the buildings improvements woods ways waters water courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said parties of the first part and every of them in law equity or otherwise however of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said tract or piece of land and property herein above described hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves their heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves their heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves their heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the first part and every of them and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by from or under them or any or either of them shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals dated the day and year first above written.

Sealed and delivered in the presence of us The word April in the first line being erased before execution and June inserted Mary R Fisher James R Pudlow received at the execution and delivery of the above written indenture of David Reeves and Sibyl Reeves full satisfaction for the consideration above mentioned State of Pennsylvania City of Philadelphia

Be it remembered that on the fourth day of June AD 1850 before me the subscriber a commissioner appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to take acknowledgement of deeds &c personally appeared Abigail Reeves Joseph A Donnelly and Kezia M his wife Abby C Prevost Dr William D Brinckle and Elizabeth B his wife George P Russel and Emily his wife and Mary Reeves who I am satisfied are the grantors of the above written indenture and the contents thereof having been first made known to them by me severally acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered the same as their voluntary act and deed and the said Kezia M Donnelly Elizabeth B Brinckle and Emily Russel on private examination apart from their husbands severally acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered the same as their voluntary acts and deeds freely without any fear threats or compulsion of their said husbands Witness my hand & seal James R Ludlow Commissioner
