THIS DEED made this 30th day of November in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty between Hezekiah W. Reeves and Courtney Reeves Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of Four dollars to be paid Hezekiah W. Reeves and having (been) paid by the sd. Courtney Reeves the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he (the) said Hezekiah W Reeves doth grant unto the said Courtney Reeves and his heirs forever all his right title and interest in and to a certain piece of land in Prince Wm. County on crooked branch near Priests Mill known as the dower of Lavinia Reeves (widow of Hezekiah H. Reeves Decd)Witness the following signatures & seals
