Transcript

This is the last Will of me Joseph Reeve of Bocking in the County of Essex I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Sarah Reeve all my real and personal estate of every kind & wherever situate for her own absolute use & benefit and I appoint her sole executrix in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of December 1850

Signed by the said Joseph Reeve as and for his last will in the presence of us who at his request & in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

On the 16th June 1851 admon (with the will annexed) of the goods chattels and credits of Joseph Reeve late of Bocking in the County of Essex deceased was granted to William Napier Reeve one of the natural and lawful children of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer Sarah Reeve widow the relict the sol executrix and universal legatee named in the said will having first renounced the probate and execution thereof and also the Letters of Admin (with the said will annexed) of the goods of the said deceased (as by Acts of Court appears).
