The Current Story for Group 15
The two members of DNA Group 15 are descendants of Redden Reeves who married into the family of a descendant of William Reeve who died in DeKalb County, Georgia and is affiliated with DNA Group 10.Redden Reeves was initially believed to be descended from a different Reeves lineage but the only Reeves' matches to the members of this group are to each other on 12 markers. The one member who completed a 25 marker test has no matches to other Reeves, instead matching other surnames but not any one surname in particular.
This group needs much detailed conventional research to resolve the mystery of their lineage.
