David appears as "D. R. Reeves" with his wife "C. M. Reeves" on the 1860 census in Kershaw. In a court case in 1868 from Darlington County which is just east of Kershaw County, "Charlotte M. Reaves (wife of David Reaves)" is named as a daughter of William Bell who died 12 Jun 1861.
However, a number of the records including Wylie's death certificate state her name was Charlotte Kelley. Perhaps she was married twice.
Son Wylie's death certificate gives father's full name.
