Noah Revis served from Kentucky in Hudspath & Brown's Regiment during the War of 1812.

The date of birth from Noah's memorial at Find A Grave appears to be factual. He was obviously not yet 21 when he married in November 1813 for his father, Harris Reavis, was required to give consent for his marriage. Handwritten consent by Harris Reavis recorded in Warren County, Kentucky.

He appeared on the tax lists of Allen County, Kentucky in 1818 and was recorded there in several subsequent years prior to leaving the area. He purchased 73 acres from the General Land Office in St Louis County, Missouri in 1831.
