BARKING.
DEATH OF MR. ALFRED REEVE. - The death is announced of Mr. Alfred Reeve, of congestion of the lungs, at the age of 72. Mr. Reeve married Miss Ann Glenny, and lived in Barking for many years. For some years he had been settled at Mangerei, New Plymouth, New Zealand, where his decease took place.

Alfred is buried in the Te Henui Cemetery in New Plymouth, New Zealand. It reads: "In Memory Of/Alfred Reeve/Who Fell Asleep In Jesus/June 6 1886/Aged 72 Years/.../Also His Wife/Eliza Reeve/Died January 8th 1898/Aged 75 Years."
