Benjamin names in his will "my said three Brothers and sister namely the sd Jonathan Reeve Elizabeth Reeve (the wife of the said John Reeve of Boones) the sd John Reeve of Fenns and Joseph Reeve." It doesn't appear he had a wife or children at the time. He later describes his brother John as "late of Fenns." He also refers to his uncle John Reeve who was tenant for life of "all that my messuage or farme called Fletchers...att High Garrett and aforesd in the parish of Bocking." He also mentions a piece of land "known by the name of Hewmans" and land along the road to Halstead occupied by Samuel Greene and another piece called Fletchers. All these were mentioned in the will of his father Jonathan Reeve.
His will was dated 13 Jan 1721 and was proved 26 Apr 1721.
