Research Notes

There are burial entries for a Charles Reves Sr in 1690 and Elizabeth Rieves widow in 1701. That Charles's will mentions wife Elizabeth, daughters Elizabeth, Mary Flower, Anne Darracott, nephews Richard and Thomas Hopkins and William Price, and sons Charles and James. The will of this Charles's uncle James Reeve, dated 1690, mentions "my Honored Father and Mother" (unnamed), along with his brother Charles, sisters Margrett Flower Ann Darracott and Elizabeth, and nephew James Reeve son of Charles. These were probated in South Glamorgan.
