  • (1819) Nov. 6 | Charles Reeve to Sally Raynor, both of Moriches.

Charles Reeve on New York City wrote his will on 22 Jun 1827 and it was probated 24 Jul 1827. He refers to himself as ship master in his will. His headstone denotes him as Captain. He mentions his father Silas, his wife Sarah, and children Emmeline and Charles Henry Reeve in his will.

His headstone read: "Capt. Charles Reeve/Who departed this life/June 29, 1827/Aged 36 Years/Alas, dear Sarah, my body is gone/And no more to you return/Adieu dear wife and children dear/Godsend do works you (illegible) here."
