On 15 Oct 1752, the widow Mary gained administration of his estate. He was said to be of Southold, Suffolk County.

Research Notes

Wesley Baker in the Study of the Reeve Family suggests that this Elisha may be the son of Elisha Reeve (d. 1730). He also suggests he was the father of Elisha Reeve of Orange County who married Temperance Reeve. However, the age of that Elisha Reeve deduced from the census would seem to indicate he was born well after this Elisha died.
