Research Notes

There are three possibilities for the baptism of George. One is a George, son of Samuel and Mary, baptized at Belchamp St .Paul in 1792. That George has already been identified. The second is a George, son of Samuel, baptized at Belchamp St. Paul in 1795. The third is George, son of Samuel and Lucy, baptized at Good Easter in 1797. This third one is the best match for this George given that the census states he was born at Good Easter. Good Easter and Belchamp St. Paul are a good distance from one another.
