George was the 8th child of Samuel Reeve and Mary Kemp. He was baptized at the Parish Church of St Andrews, Belchamp St Paul, on 10th June 1792

George died on the 18th of March 1869 and was buried at All Saints Churchyard, Hundon, Suffolk.
