There is a marriage for a Jeremiah Reeve to Ann Hales in Braintree 18 Oct 1716. So he may have married more than once.

On 8 Sep 1742, Jeremiah son of Jeremiah Reeve is listed as an apprentice of Thos Smith of Braintree, Essex, a currier.

It's possible this entry from Braintree, is actually this Jeremiah. This or the one from 1743 might also be the apparent son Jeremiah baptized 1720:
