John's will mentions his wife Ann and "Thomas Innous, her son by a former husband." His mother Miriam Bell Reeve's will mentions "John Reeve of Brentwood in the said County of Essex malster." Although he describes himself as farmer in his will, this is pretty clearly her son as he named his eldest daughter Ann Miriam Bell Reeves after her.
