In his will, written 19 Dec 1664, Lawrence Reeve of Foulness Island in Essex mentions his wife Susanna, his daughter-in-law (a term at the time used for step-daughter) Margaret Reble, and children John, James, Joane, William and Susan. The will was witnessed by an Abraham Reeve. It was probated in June 1665.

His widow Susanna left a will, written and probated in 1670, in which she mentions Margaret (presumably the Margaret Reble mentioned in Lawrence's will), William Reeve, her eldest son John Reeve, and Susanna. The probate mentions her will being sent to John Reeve at Rochford.
