Thomas and his wife Mary were living in Belchamp Water in 1841 and 1851. He hasn't been found in subsequent censuses until 1891 when he appears in Stanstead, Suffolk with his "stepsister" (half-sister) Elvina/Eleanor Rayner.

This appears to be the Thomas Reeve, age 84, who's death was registered in 4q 1897 in the Sudbury Reg. District.
