...This lot will be subject to the payment of an annuity of 500 a year, payable to Mrs Elizabeth Mary Reeves, who is now aged 63 years, and also subject to payment of and bound to indemnify Lot 2 (when it falls into possession) against payment of an annuity of 100 a year, payable to Mrs Martha Denroche Katherine Reeves, who is now aged 33 years, during the join lives of herself and her husband, the said Edward Hoare Reeves, who is now aged 40 years....

The marriage record for Edward and Elizabeth states her middle name was Haley but the news item indicates Mary.

From the Ireland Calendar of Wills, 1867:
REEVES Edward Hoare. 29 May. The Will of Edward Hoare Reeves late of Castlekevin County Cork Esquire deceased who died 24 April 1867 at same place was proved at the Principal Registry by the oaths of Thomas Burke Reeves (Lieutenant in the Royal Regiment of Artillery) and Francis Carleton Reeves (of Castlekevin aforesaid Esquire) the Executors.

The death index states he was age 58.

There is a case recorded in the Ireland Petty Sessions Court Order Books from 1877 between Edward Hoare Reeves late of Castlekevin Esquire complainant vs. Mrs. Elizabeth Mary Reeves of Castlekevin, Thomas Burke Reeves of Ballysglissane Captain of Cork Militia Artillery, Miss Dora Carleton Reeves of Castlekevin and Francis Carleton Reeves of No 2 West Gate Terrace South? Rensington London Defendants.

At Castle Kevin, co. Cork, aged 57, Edward Hoare Reeves, esq. He was the second son of the late Edward Hoare Reeves, esq., of Ballyglissane, co. Cork, by Dora, dau. of the late John Carleton, esq., and niece of the late Lord Carleton (a title now extinct); he was born in 1810, and educated at Trinity Coll., Dublin, where he graduated B. A. in 1830. Mr. Reeves, who was a magistrate for co. Cork, married in 1839, Elizabeth Mary Maria, dau. of Lieut.-Gen. Burke, of Prospect Villa, co. Cork, by whom he has left, with other issue, a son and heir, Edward Hoare, born in 1840.
