Horatio Nelson Reeves of "Saint Giles in the Fields" and Martha Wing daughter of Vincent Wing were married 5 Apr 1831 in the Parish Church of St. George, Bloomsbury, Middlesex

Horatio Nelson Reeves, age 40 of Salisbury, was buried 2 Aug 1846 at Bratton, Wiltshire.

Martha was granted administration on the estate of Horatio Nelson Reeves (intestate) on 12 Dec 1846. William and George Wing were on the bond as well.

In the 1841 Census, he is listed in New Sarum, St. Thomas Parish, age 35 as a Whitesmith.

Monumental Inscriptions for Wiltshire show Horatio Nelson Reeves for Bratton who died July 1846.

Research Notes

(1)   Following Horatio's death, his widow Martha Reeves (nee Wing) married Henry John GUNNING during 1q1849 in Southampton Registration District.
By the time of the 1861 census Martha is again a widow, appearing in the the household of her married daughter Elizabeth (Mrs James HAYWARD) on West Street in Warminster, Wiltshire. (RG9, Piece 1304, Folio 87 face, Page 23, Schedule 129)

Martha GUNNING's death is likely that recorded during 1q1877, again in Southampton Registration District, age 61
