Andrew Higgins was granted administration on the estate of Ruth Rieves of Cape May County, New Jersey on 7 Apr 1794. Money owed to or from Abijah Rieves is mentioned in the inventory.

There was an Abraham Reeves who married a Ruth Crowell in 1775. Both were of Cape May. It's possible therefore that this is the widow of Abraham. It's also possible this is the mother of John Rieves.
