Narrative

In an 1817 deed, John sold an acre of land that had belonged to his father Abraham Reeves. Aaron Eldridge witnessed the deed. Aaron Eldridge was also on the Administrative Bond for the estate of Ruth Rieves. Ruth appears to be a widow of an Abraham Reeves of Cape May County. This would indicate that this John was possibly a son of that couple.
