Phebe Still is stated to be the daughter of Frederick Rives in an 1812 deed.

There is a marker placed in 1987 in the Still Cemetery Little York, Washington County, Indiana which give the dates Murphy Still (10 Jan 1758 - 4 Aug 1831) and Phebe Rives Still (3 Sep 1769 - 30 Jan 1854).
