Research Notes
There was an "Edmund Ryves ministro" buried at Swynnerton May 17, 1707 who would be a relative of some sort. Also a Mrs Ryves, relict of a late Dr. Ryves from "Benbridge" buried 21 Feb 1750.Reliques of the Rives identifies this Edmund's father John as John Ryves. However, the visitations of 1686 indicate that he had no living issue at the time. Additionally, that John would be a bit old to be the father of this Edmund.
