Wiki Stats - End February 2020

The total number of pages in the Wiki (as at 1 March 2020) now stands at 9711 (previously 9620, 9550, 9457) an increase of 91 pages during the month. Of the total, 1827 pages (was 1801, 1795, 1794) begin with a number and are most probably a date related gleaning.     We currently have 4153 wiki pages categorised as "People", of which 3699 begin with the letter "R".

TRP Users

We ended February 2020 with 415 user accounts registered in TRP, an increase of six. We had three users successfully activated their accounts during the past month. We welcome to our community Chuck, Solomon (Jr), and Margaret. Its great to see Solomon has already creted an AboutMe page for himself, as described in First Steps - Part 2 and also added a bunch of new Person Pages for his recent ancestors to connect them back to existing TRP pages.

Whether you joined TRP recently or a while ago, if you have yet to do so, please set a meaningful name for yourself as described in First Steps - Part 1. It isn't difficult and only takes a couple of minutes to do.

If you have already started the enrolment process and are having issues, please do let us know. If you are not yet a member and would like to contribute to our community, please complete our Join Us form to start the membership enrolment process.

New Mailing Lists

With the demise of the RootsWeb hosted mailing lists, it's great to see the new list for the Reeves Genalogical community at Groups.io is now active.     Our thanks to Beverly for keeping this resource alive. We already have 71 folks signed up, which is great.

If you've yet to join us there, you can sign up either via the web page at https://groups.io/g/Reeves-L or follow the instructions on that page to subscribe via e-mail.

Please remember this is a general Reeves research resource and not TRP specific. Requests from TRP commumity members for assistance with TRP are best dealt with via our Mentor Team Talk pages.
