Transcription

The petition of Thomas Sthreshly & Elizabeth his wife sheweth that James Reeves late of this County deced left divers goods and Chattels at the time of his Death of considerable value in case whereof Henry Reeves Joseph Reeves Thomas Munday & Mary his wife had administration granted them of the sd. James his Estate but they have not made am.t thereof to the Court, therefore the petitioners pray that sd. Adms. be summon’d to make up am.t of sd. Estate that distribution may be made thereof according to Law & particularly to Elizabeth one of the petitioners & Sister of the said James deced, It is therefore ordered by the Court that the sd. Admrs. be summoned to the next Court to make up an am.t of the sd. Estate that distribution may be so made as aforesd.
