To All to whom these presents shall come Greeting Whereas Thomas Atkinson Senr late of Bridgetown in the County of Burlington and Province of New Jersey Decd at the tie of his death stood bound unto Jonathan Reeves by a certain writing obligatory conditioned for the payment of sixty five pounds twelve shillings and two pence proclamation money dated the fifth day of August Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and fifty seven for securing of which said sum of money the said Thomas Atkinson mortgaged a certain messuage or dwelling house and lott of land situate lying and being in Bridgetown aforesaid by Indenture dated the same fifth day of August in the year aforesaid as by the said Indenture recorded in the Secretarys office in Burlington in Liber O of Deeds fol 169 may more at large appear Now Know ye that the said Jonathan Reeves and in consideration of the sum of sixty nine pounds three shillings and four pence proclamation being the principal and interest due on the said bond and mortgage to me in hand paid by Edward Tomlin executor of the Last Will and Testament of the said Atkinson have remised released and forever Discharged and by these presents do remise release and forever discharge the said Edward Tonkin executor aforesaid from the said Bond and from the forepower and effect of the said Indenture of mortgage the above consideration being in full satisfaction for the principal and Interest due o the same Witness my hand and seal this fifteenth day of May Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred & fifty eight

Be it Remembred that on the fifteenth Day of May ADom 1758 Personally appeared before Charles Reud Esqr one of the Masters of the High Court of Chancery for the Province of New Jersey Jonathan Reeves the Releaser in the within release mentioned who acknowledged that he sealed & Delivered the same for the uses & purposes therein contained
