Transcription
For a compensation to James Reeves of Henry County & state of Kentucky for the whole services that he may render in acting & transacting setling and closing finally the business relative to the estate of Thomas Reeves decd late of Woodford County & state afsd we do bind ourselves & each of us our heirs Executors administrators or assigns firmly by these presents jointly and severally to give make over & confirm unto the said James Reeves his heirs or assigns all our right title claim or interest in & to all tracts or parts of tracts of lands the property of Thomas Reeves’es (sic) heirs lying and being in the state of Virginia also all the lotts that is in the Town of Versailles in Woodford County & state of Kentucky that was taken off the land of sd. Thomas Reeves decd in laying off sd Town given under our hands and seals this 4th day of June 1803.her

I Ross Thomas clerk of the court for said county do certify that the within instrument of writing was presented to me proved by the oath of William Rayls to be the act and deed of the said Sarah Reeves & others who hath subscribed the same & by virtue of an act of assembly of this state I have admitted the same to record.
