Georgia § all men by these presents thatJasper County § we David Garison and John Routon
Are held and firmly bound unto their honors the Judges of the court of ordinary of the time being and their successors in office in the sum of dive hundred dollars for the payment thereof we bind ourselves our heirs and assigns this 4th day of May 1818
Condition whereas the aforesaid court of ordinary has this day bound Polly Ann Wilson & Andrew Wilson to the aforesaid David Garison now if the aforesaid David shall during all said time find provide for and allow unto the said Polly Ann and Andrew good and sufficient lodging washing meat and apparel and shall not mis use or ill treat said Polly Ann & Andrew and give them two years schooling and shall give Polly Ann Wilson one good bed and furniture when she arrives at the age of maturity then the above obligation to be void else in force signed & sealed in the presents of

Commentary
The children bound to David Garison were the orphans of Mary "Polly" Reeves and Andrew Wilson. Andrew Wilson died around Sep 1815 when Polly was appointed administrator of his estate. Polly died around Nov 1817 when her brother Dudley was appointed administrator of her estate.David Garison to whom these older children of Polly's were bound in this court record was the husband of Polly's sister Nancy Reeves Garison.
