Transcript

I Mary Newsom (formerly Mary Reaves) hereby convey & sell to Tarlton J. Reaves all my interest as heir & devisee of Archibald Reaves and George Reaves in the tract of land on which said Archibald lived at the time of his death situate lying and being in Bedford County in District No. 22 of said County containing about one hundred and thirty acres, To have and to hold the same to said Tarlton J. his heirs and assigns forever, I warrant the title to my undivided interest in said tract of land to said Tarlton J. his heirs and assigns against myself and all persons claiming the same, by, through or under me, but against the claim of no other person whatsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th Novr 1845
