Commentary

Head of household Samuel's "Rank, Profession or Occupation" is given as a "Farmer of 50 acres employing 3 labourers".

Mary Ann Reeves relationship to the head of family is described as "Neice" (sic). In all probability she is the daughter of Samuel Israel & Lydia and therefore head of household Samuel's grand daughter.

The three Brook children shown as visitors are in all probability actually named Brooks and related to Mary Reeves whose maiden name was Brooks.

Finally, for Lydia, the enumerator has crossed out the county Surrey and left the birthplace as simply Fullham (sic). Fulham would have been in the county of Middlesex at the time of the 1851 census. It is on the north bank of the River Thames, the opposite south bank was indeed in Surrey.
