John wrote his will on 5 May 1759 and it was proved 22 Mar 1765. He mentions his wife Sarah and children Mary, Sarah, and John. He mentions property in Chelmsford which went to his daughters and land in Great Baddow and Hatfield Peverel which went to his son John. The probate states he died the 4th instant (March 1765).
