The following entries appear to pertain to his family in the Good Easter, St. Andrew Parish Register:

• Isaac Reeve the son of Thomas Reeve & Sarah his wife was Baptized the 25th of February 1668 (1669)
• (1673) April 22th John sonne of Thomas & Sarah Reeves
• (1674/5) Jan 20. Joseph sonne of Thomas & Sarah Reeve
• Ann daughter of Thomas Reeve & of Sarah his wife was baptized the 7th day of December - 1678

Thomas was buried at Good Easter, St. Andrew on 22 Mar 1700/1.

In his will, written 26 Oct 1691, he mentions "all those my lands called Smallshoes with their appurtenances lying & being in the parishes of Good Easter & Mashbury." This land was mentioned in the will of Isaac Reeve by which he gave it to his son Thomas. Therefore this Thomas is likely that Thomas, son of Isaac. His wife Sarah and his eldest son Isaac are the only ones mentioned in Thomas's will.
