In Jonah Reeve's will, "Wm Reeve son Jonah of Chelmsford" was given twenty pounds and "William Reeve of Chelmsford" was named one of the executors of his will. This was later changed in a codicil.

The following concerns his son Jonah and indicates William was deceased by 18 Nov 1818:

Upholders Company London 18 Nov 1818

Research Notes

This is probably the Richard William Reeve of Chelmsford who write his will in 1806. He states that he was "commonly called William Reeve." His wife's name was Mary and his occupation was baker which is consistent with William's known occupations of grocer and shopkeeper.
