Narrative

Only child of Ann Reeves and Francis Atwood:

1. Sarah Attwood

In a deed dated the 31st of May 1766, Thomas Reeves and Sarah, his wife, of Spotsylvania County, sold land which had descended to Sarah from her mother Ann Reeves Atwood. The land was devised to Ann Reeves and her sister Patience by their brother John Reeves in his will. The deed states that Sarah was the only child of Ann Reeves and Francis Atwood.
