In an 1848 Deed, the son Joseph sold his share of his father's land to his brother Thomas. It stated that their mother was formerly Mary Gill, and after Joseph's decease had married John B. Jessup. Thomas was of Upper Penns Neck in Salem County and Joseph was of Greenwich in Gloucester.
