Levi is named in a partition deed from 1826 as having 1/10th of a piece of property. Although the predecessor is not named, several of the heirs are known to be children of Moses Reeves which implies Levi is as well.

In that same year, Levi, living in Blue Rock, Muskingum County, Ohio sold some land to William K. Reeves of Lansing, Tompkins County, New York that appears to have been his part of the partition. Stephen Reeves signed as a witness.

In 1835, Levi and his wife Esther, then of Morgan County, Ohio, sold some land in Muskingum County to Jesse Mace. Morgan is just to the south of Muskingum.

In 1839, they sold their land in Morgan County to James A. White.
